At Fierce Fitness we treat the body and its internal organs the same way a mechanic treats a racing car engine. We'll run a series of tests to check its current performance. We will then look at the goal or task in question. You could be a rugby player, sprinter or a tennis player, or you may be a fighter looking for both physical & mental conditioning for the ring or cage.
